QUALIFICATION POLICY

All patients are assessed by the practitioner, and if a patient is found to be ineligible for the program, they will be charged a fee of $100. The remaining program costs will then be refunded using the original payment method.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are subject to a $50 non-refundable booking fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY – CONSULTATION

We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position.

 

Cancellations with less than a 7-hour notice of the reserved consultation appointment will be charged 50% of the consultation price to the held credit card on file.

 

Cancellations with less than a 5-hour notice will be charged a 100% cancellation fee to the held credit card on file.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY – PRESCRIPTION

Once a practitioner completes the prescription and sent your prescription to the pharmacy, 100% of the booking fee is non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY – SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription can be canceled any time, except that you have already been charged for another month of the current program.

 

All appointments booked online are considered pending as soon as submitted. Once you are matched/confirmed with a practitioner the appointment is considered confirmed and the cancellation policy will go into effect.
